  • Pages must be created before constructing.
  • Editable sections of the main page exist initially.
  • Internal pages are created by the administrator using the "Structure" form. Figure 4.
  • External pages are created by the subjects of page maintenance, using the form, Figure 14.
  • Pages are created blank.
  • Filling pages with content, or constructing pages, is carried out using constructors, see Figures 15, 15-1, 15-2.
  • Design is done using objects.
  • Objects, in the form of templates, using designer commands, are placed in the right place on the page.
    In this version, the following objects are used:
  • Text.
  • Pictures.
  • Tables.
  • Links.
  • Comments.
  • Guestbook.
  • Questions and answers.
  • Voting.
  • Modules.
  • Then, the template objects are filled with text, pictures, links, and are moved.
  • After completion of the formation of the content of the page, it is published on the site using the designer’s commands.

    6.1 Work in the designer

    Work in the designer is carried out using the following elements:
  • Left column:
    1. Top field - contains the page to be constructed as a collection of objects, or lists of templates for design.
    2. The first line of the object displays: the object selection flag, the object number, "Display by time", if the period of display of the object is set.
    3. Lower field - message texts, fields of selected objects and pictures.
  • Right column:
    1. Name of the constructor.
    2. The name of the page to be constructed.
    3. File of the page to be constructed.
    4. Start button (up arrow on a white field) - shows a page or templates from the first line.
    5. Button "End" (down arrow on a white field) - shows the end of pages or templates.
    6. Button “To the next object” (up arrow on the gray field) - shows objects starting from the next (in a circle) with respect to the selected object.
    7. Button “To the previous object” (down arrow on the gray field) - shows objects starting from the previous (in a circle) with respect to the selected object.
    8. Selecting the current object is done by clicking on it.
    9. Button "?" - shows a brief help.
    10. Help link - shows this text.
    11. Deselect, links “F” - the “F” button cancels the link assigned to the text or deselects the text.
    12. The "filter" field is intended for entering selection contexts separated by the separator character "/".
    13. Button “Select” - selects objects by number or text of the object.
    14. To determine what to select, click the number or object that you select will appear before the "filter" field.
    15. Button "X" - cancels the selection of objects.
    16. Button "Table" - available if the user clicks a cell in the table in order to perform operations with rows and columns (insert, delete)
    17. Button "List" - available if the user clicks on a list item in order to perform operations with strings and lists (insert, delete)
    18. TXT button - opens a large field for editing and / or changing the appearance of text.
    19. Button "HTML" - opens a large field for editing and / or changing HTML code or viewing an object and printing its code.
    20. Button “SAVE” - remembers the changes made in the edit field.
    21. "Editing field" - a field with a white background - serves to enter (change) the text.
    22. The text to be edited is the clicked text of the object, Selected text with a mouse. The selection of the fragment is carried out by left-clicking the mouse and moving the mouse over the text. Finishing the selection of a fragment - releasing the mouse button, while the selection background is canceled, and the beginning and end fragments are marked with the characters `` ''.
    23. Group of links “MODERATION” - for opening forms of moderation of objects: comments, guestbook, questions, voting.
    24. Moderation of these objects is reduced to: show / hide these objects on the page, delete all or some objects, enter answers to questions.
    25. Group of buttons “TEMPLATE” - places the corresponding templates in the left column of the designer to select a suitable template and then paste it onto the page.
    26. You can add your own templates. Look at the existing ones, and by analogy put your template in the template folder.
    27. The checkbox “immediately” is set before selecting templates: comments, guestbook, questions, to display the entered data from these objects immediately after entering.
    28. The flag “content.” - is set before selecting the link file in order to place the contents of the file on the page not a link to the file.
    29. Field "Rows" - for entering, before selecting templates, the number of lines of such objects as: lists in text templates, tables, voting
    30. “Results” checkbox - set before selecting voting templates for displaying voting results on the page.
    31. Object buttons:
      1. “V” (first) - remembers the clicked template and returns the display of page objects.
      2. "+" - adds a memorized template to the end of the page.
      3. “->” - inserts a memorized template in front of the selected (clicked) object.
      4. “X” - deletes the selected objects and remembers them in the buffer.
      5. “XX” - deletes the selected objects.
      6. “S” - selects all objects.
      7. “XS” - deselects the selected objects.
      8. “B” - remembers the selected objects in the buffer.
      9. “A” - adds objects from the buffer to the end.
      10. "<-" - inserts an object from the buffer before the selected object.
      11. "V" - adds a text object to the end of the page.
      12. “T” - sets / resets the display spacing for the object.
      13. “G” - forms the table of contents of the page based on the headings and subheadings and places it at the top of the page.
      14. “in MY” - copies the selected object to the page templates.
      15. “to Archive” - moves the selected object to the archive.
      16. “R” - inserts the contents of the page before the selected link to the page of the site.
      17. “L” - fills the list of linked links of the page selected by clicking on the link to it.
      18. “LL” - opens a list of related links for inserting a link or assigning it to a selected fragment of the link text.
    32. PUBLISH button - publishes a modified page on the site.
    33. LINK “LOOK” - shows the published page.
    34. Button "Delete" - permanently deletes all objects on the page.

    6.2 Work with text

    To insert text on a page, it is necessary to select a template in the designer or insert text at the end of the page by clicking on the “V” button.
    To select a template:
  • Click the Text button.
  • If you want to select one of the list or table templates, enter the number of rows in the list or table, entering the quantity in the "Rows" field.
  • Browse through all the templates and click on the appropriate template. The HTML code for the template appears in the edit box.
  • To memorize the template, click the “OBJECT ... V” button. The constructed page will appear.
    Choose where to insert the template:
  • To add a template to the end of the page, click the + button.
  • To insert a template in front of any object, click this object (if the image object should click the object past the image itself, since such a click is taken as the intention to load the image).
  • Click on the “OBJECT ... - & gt;” button. The template is inserted in front of the selected object.
  • After inserting any template, the following actions are possible on it:
    • Editing the entire text and / or changing its design.
    • Editing the selected part of the text.
  • 6.3 Editing all text or a fragment of text and / or changing its design

    1. In the edit box

  • To select a fragment of text of any object, press and hold the left mouse button, drag the mouse over the text, when the fragment is highlighted, release the button.
  • The fragment appears in the editing field, in the object the fragment is indicated by the symbols “` ”.
  • To edit the text of any object, click on it.
  • The text appears in the edit box.
  • Edit and / or paste and save the entered data, click “SAVE”.

    2. In a large window

  • Click the number of the object whose text you want to change.
  • The text appears in the edit box.
  • Click the TXT button. (editing in a large window).
  • The editing window will open.
  • Change / enter the text.
  • To insert some characters or values, click one of the “INSERT” cells, it will be highlighted in yellow, on the text field, click the insertion point.
      Change text colors
    1. To change the color of the text background, click the color and click “background”.
    2. To change the color of the text, click on the color and click on “color”.
    3. Click the Color cell.
    4. In the text field, select the text that you want to change colors.
      Change text layout
    1. To change the design, click one of the “CHANGE” cells.
    2. Select with the mouse the text that you want to type, upon completion of the selection, the text will be formatted with tags.
      Insert global text variable or user comment
    1. To insert a text variable by clicking, select it from the list.
    2. Click the “variable” cell and click the insertion point on the floor of the text.
    3. To manually insert into the text the values of the text variable in the right place: ///[variable name]///, where [variable name] is the name from the list of text variables.
    4. To insert constructor notes into the text in the right place: ///* [note text]///.
      Note of the designer is shown only in the designer, while viewing the page it is not visible.
  • After all the changes, click “accept” to save them.
  • To return to the editing and / or text input mode, click the CANCEL cell

    Editing html code

  • Editing html code should be performed only by a knowledgeable user.
  • This editing is performed only in the editing field or in the large editing window.
  • Click the number of the object whose code you will edit.
  • The object code will appear in the edit field.
  • Make the necessary changes to the code and save them by clicking on SAVE.
  • To edit in a large window, click “HTML”, in the window that opens, edit and click “accept”.
  • To print the object and code in the form of a large window, click the P button.

    6.5 Edit fields

    Editing field

    The edit field in the constructor is intended for:
  • Editing text.
  • Editing HTML code of an object.
  • Click the text on the desired object in the right place, if clicked inside the text it will appear in the editing window.
  • Edit the text.
  • To save the changes, click on “save”.
    To edit HTML code:
  • Click on the object number - a code will appear in the edit field.
  • Change the code by editing it in the edit box.
  • To save the changes, click on “save”.
  • Text edit box in a large window

    The text editing field in a large window in the constructor is intended for:
  • Editing text and / or changing its design.
  • Click the object number - its code will appear in the edit field.
  • Click the "TXT" button - a large window will open, perform the necessary actions.
  • Click on the “Accept” button to save the changes.
  • HTML code editing field in a large window

    The HTML code editing field in the large window is intended for editing the HTML code of the object and printing it.
  • Click the number on the desired object, the code will appear in the editing window.
  • Click the HTML button.
  • Edit the code.
  • If necessary, print the object and its code by clicking on “P”.
  • Click on the “Accept” button to save the changes.
  • 6.6 Work with pictures

    Each page can have an unlimited number of images.
  • Pictures are conditionally divided into "small" and "large".
  • "Small" pictures are pictures located on the page and having a small size for quick page loading. To view a high-quality image of a picture, each small picture can be assigned a large picture to display in the current window (recommended size is 720x540 pixels, or in a separate window.
  • To place images on the page, you must: select a template, insert it on the page and enter the necessary data into it, upload a "small" picture and / or a "large" picture.
    Insert a template:
  • Click the “Pictures” button.
  • In the list of templates, click on the desired template. The template code should appear in the edit box.
  • To memorize the template, click the red “OBJECT ... V” button.
  • Choose where to insert the template.
  • If you want to add a template to the end, click the "OBJECT ... +" button.
  • If you want to insert a template between existing on the object page, click to select the object in front of which you want to insert the template, and click the "OBJECT ...- >" button.
    Work with pictures:
  • Click a picture.
  • The following form will appear

      Download Images
    1. Click the Browse button.
    2. Select the image you want on your computer or network.
    3. Delete a picture and its files, click “2. > ".
    4. For loading:
      • small picture click "4. > »- the image will be loaded, it will appear on the page.
      • a large picture and display it by clicking in the current window, click "5. > "- the image will be downloaded, a small frame will appear in the small image.
      • a large picture and display it by clicking in its own window, click "6. > "- the image will be downloaded, a small frame will appear in the small image.
      • If the picture has a frame, then you can see a large picture by clicking on the small one.
  • To view a sick picture, click “7. > ".
      Change or enter a caption when displaying a large image:
    1. Click the picture - Figure 17-1 will open.
    2. Enter or change the text in the edit box of clause 10.
    3. Click the button in step 11 to memorize the entered data.

    To cancel the display of a large picture:
  • Click the picture - Figure 17-1 will open.
  • click "8. > ". The frame disappears from the small picture, the large picture is canceled.
  • The downloaded image file is not deleted from the folder.

  • NOTE:
    Each page has a built-in gallery. All large pictures are automatically included in the gallery to display in the current window. To view the gallery on the page, click the small picture with a frame - the gallery display window will open.

    6.7 Work with tables

    To place it on the table page, you must: select a template, enter the number of rows in the table, insert it on the page and enter the necessary data into it.

    Template insert:
  • Click the Tables button.
  • In the list of templates, click the table you want. An object code should appear in the edit box.
  • In the "rows to add" field, enter the number of rows in the table.
  • To memorize the template, click the red “OBJECT ... V” button.
  • Choose where to insert the template.
  • If you want to add a template to the end, click the "OBJECT ... +" button.
  • If you want to insert a template between existing objects on the page, click to select the object before which you want to insert a template and click the "OBJECT ...- >" button.

    Change table contents:
  • To enter or change data from a table cell, click it. Text will appear in the edit box.
  • Change the text.
  • To save the changes, click on “save”.
  • If you want to edit the entire table, click the number and click “TXT”.

    Change the number of rows and columns
  • In the table, click the text in any cell in the table to select a row or column the relative of which changes will be made.
  • The table button will become available.
  • Click the "Table" button, the form will appear:

  • To discard the table, click Close.
  • To insert a row or column, click the desired yellow cell "Insert ...".

  • Table of links to downloaded documents of the internal page.
  • Table of links to external pages of the internal page.
  • A single link in the form of text, as shown in the link list.
  • A single link assigned to a piece of text.
  • The contents of the link file.

    Insert a table of links to downloaded documents (external pages) of a page:
  • Click the Links button.
  • In the list of links, select the template "This place is the table of links of documents of the page links ..." (This place is a table of links to external pages linkshtml.htm). The template code should appear in the edit box.
  • To memorize the template, click the red “OBJECT ... V” button.
  • Choose where to insert the template.
  • If you want to add a template to the end, click the "OBJECT ... +" button.
  • If you want to insert a template between existing on the object page, click to select the object in front of which you want to insert the template and click the "OBJECT ...- >" button.
  • Table links are only shown on the published page. A template is always visible on the constructor page.

    Insert single link:
  • Click the Links button.
  • In the list of links, click the link.
  • Click the red “OBJECT ... V” button to remember the link.
  • To insert a link as an object at the end of the page, click the + button.
  • To insert in another place, select by clicking the object in front of which you want to insert the link and click
  • button "OBJECT ...- >".

    Assignment of a single link, text fragment:
  • Click the Links or LL button.
  • In the list of links, click on the link (or "ALL").
  • Click the red “OBJECT ... V” button to remember the link.
  • Paste the link in a convenient place
  • Selected text fragment with mouse.
  • Click the link.
  • To cancel the link, click the link text and click the "F" button.

    Paste while viewing the link content page
  • This mechanism is intended for placement on the data pages created outside the constructor, and most of all with various proposals for publishing their data on the pages.
  • It is recommended that such data (files and their folders) be placed in the “outside” folder.
  • For example, you want to put word data on a page in a document. To do this, save the document as a web page in the "outside" folder.
  • The content of the link is shown only when viewing the page.
  • You can insert the contents of files with the extension txt, htm.
  • Click the Links button.
  • Check the box for “content.”
  • In the list of links, select a file with the extension txt or htm.

    Insert one or all links to linked external pages of the internal page.
  • In the constructor, insert a link to the internal page.
  • Click the number of the inserted link and the “L” button will display a message storing related (subordinate) links.
  • Click the LL button.
  • Click on ALL or a separate link to the linked page.
  • To remember the link template, click the red “OBJECT ... V” button.
  • Choose where to insert the template.
  • If you want to add a template to the end, click the "OBJECT ... +" button.
  • If you want to insert a template between existing objects on the page, click to select the object in front of which you want to insert the template and click the "OBJECT ...- >" button.
    NOTE:
  • Links in constructors are shown with underlined text, but do not have functionality (clicking on the link when clicked is not performed). They work only on the pages of the site.
  • If you want to insert a similar object into an external page, you need to insert a table and fill it with single links.
  • Links are displayed sorted alphabetically.
  • 6.9 Work with comments

    There may be comments on each page.
  • Comments consist of a comment input form and a table of entered comments. Comments can be placed on the page immediately upon completion of input, or through moderation (show, hide, delete comments).
    Insertion on the page of the comment input form:

  • Click one of the templates.

  • 6.10 Work with the guest book

  • The guestbook consists of a record entry form and a table of entered records. Guestbook entries can be placed on the page immediately, upon completion of input, or through moderation (show, hide, delete entries).
    Insert on the guestbook entry entry form page:
  • Click the Guest button.
  • To display entries in the guestbook immediately (without moderation), check the "immediately" checkbox.
  • Select one of the templates with a cheek on it.
  • Click the red “OBJECT ... V ...” button to memorize the template.
  • If you want to add a template to the end, click the "OBJECT ... +" button.
  • If you want to insert a template between existing on the object page, click to select the object in front of which you want to insert the template and click the "OBJECT ...- >" button.
    Insert on the page entered in the guestbook entries:
  • Click the Guest button.
  • Choose "These are guestbook entries, tg/tg.txt file".
  • To memorize the template, click the red “OBJECT ... V” button.
  • Choose where to insert the post template.
  • If you want to add a template to the end, click the "OBJECT ... +" button.

  • The table with the text of entries in the guestbook in the designer is not shown, but is shown only on the site page and in the form of a guestbook moderation.
  • 6.11 Work with questions and answers

  • This object consists of a question entry form and a table of questions with answers. Questions and answers can be placed on the page immediately, upon completion of input, or through moderation (showing, hiding, entering an answer, deleting questions and answers).

  • To immediately display questions and answers (without moderation), check the "immediately" checkbox.

  • The table with the texts of questions and answers to them is not shown in the designer, but is shown only on the site page and in the form of moderation of questions and answers.
  • 6.12 Work with voting

    There may be several Voting objects on each page.
    The “voting” object consists of a voting input form with open or hidden voting results.
    Insertion on the page of the voting form:
  • Click the Vote button.
  • Select one of the templates with a cheek on it.
  • In this version, the following types of voting and corresponding templates are provided:
    • single-choice voting with pictures and without pictures.
    • A single-choice vote is a vote in which a site visitor can select only one of the voting options.
    • Multiple voting with pictures and without pictures.
    • A multivariate vote is the vote in which the visitor The site may select several voting options.
  • To display the voting results, select the "Results" checkbox before completion of the selection of the template (red button "OBJECT ... V ...").
  • To set the number of voting options, enter their number in the “Add lines” field.
  • Click the red “OBJECT ... V ...” button to memorize the template.
  • If you want to add a template to the end, click the "OBJECT ... + ..." button.

  • To enter voting options, downloads of small and large pictures, change the text on the form, use the techniques for working with text and images described above.
  • Voting results are not shown in the constructor, but only shown on the page site and in the form of moderation of voting.
  • As soon as at least 1 visitor to the page votes the edit form does not change (see below for messages) even if you make changes.
  • 6.13Creating a table of contents page

    Each of the internal and external pages may contain the table of contents.
  • The table of contents is created based on the headings and headings of the page and is placed at the top of the page.
  • A table of contents is a list of in-page links to page headers and subheadings.
  • To create a table of contents, click the "G" button in the designer.
  • The table of contents appears at the top of the page.
  • To jump to the table of contents, click the To begin button.
  • 6.14 Page Archive

    Each of the internal pages may have page archive. A page archive is an external page of an internal page.
  • An archive is created if necessary by the user from the Fig. 14 form by clicking on the “Archive” button.
  • The archive is filled with objects of the internal page by selecting objects (by clicking on the flag or the S button) and by clicking on the “Archive” button.
  • Objects from the archive can be returned to the internal page using archive objects as templates by clicking on the "Archive" button.
  • After filling in the archive in the form Fig. 14 rename the archive and create a new empty archive by clicking by the button “Archive”.
  • Renamed archives, these are ordinary external pages, you can use links to them or embed their contents on pages.
  • 6.15 "MY TEMPLATES" pages

    Each of the internal pages may have “My” pages.
  • “My” is an external page with a given name, an internal page that contains objects copied from an internal page in order to use them as templates.
  • To copy an object from the internal page, select objects by clicking on the checkbox (and or with the S button) and click the “into MY” button.
  • To insert an object from “MY”, click the “MY” button, select a template, click the “V” button, click the “+” or “->” button.
  • 6.16 How to create composite objects

    You can create complex compound objects from page objects.
  • Compound objects are formed by adding objects to the container.
  • Insert a container object onto a field from text templates.
  • Check the boxes of the objects that you will add to the container
  • Click the container number.
  • Click the K button.
  • 6.16 How to work with modules

    A module is a php function that outputs data to a page.
  • Modules in the form of php files are placed in the "modules" folder.
  • The file must contain the main function, which must have the same name as the file name.
  • We recommend creating and debugging modules autonomously.
  • After debugging, put the file with the module in the “modules” folder.
  • Modules are inserted into the page as templates.
  • To insert module data in the designer, click the "Modules" button.
  • Select the module and paste it on the page.
  • If the module has parameters in the inserted module, click on the text “function”.
  • In the edit field, enter the parameters for the data of the selected location.
  • 6.17 How to work with gadgets

  • These objects are inserted into pages like other objects. Gadget templates are selected by clicking the "Gadget" button.
  • Each page can have one instance of each gadget.
  • Gadgets are non-functional in the designer and work only after publication on the pages of the site.
  • Daily Planner and Notebook Gadgets use AJAX on IFRAME.
      Gadgets: "diary" and "notebook" have passwords.
    • the default password is generated automatically opens full access;
    • password for editing, provides access only for viewing, for editing you must enter a password;
    • full access password; to view and edit, enter the password;
      To set or change an edit password or full access password, after inserting the template on the page, click a little to the left of the inscription "NOTES".
    • The text Password = appears in the edit box.
    • Click the edit box and enter = symbol after password (for the default password, erase the previously entered password).
    • For a full access password, enter the + symbol at the end. This symbol is not part of the password, but there is a sign of a full access password.
    • Click SAVE.
    • Click PUBLISH.
    • You can change your password at any time by repeating the above steps.
    Each gadget's form contains a quick guide to working with it.
    NOTE:
    Gadgets: notebook and diary lose functionality if placed in a card file.
  • 6.19 How to work with the gallery

    b> Each of the pages has a built-in gallery.
    The built-in gallery is a collection of large pictures uploaded to the page for display in the current window. To view the gallery on the page, click any small picture with a frame

    6.20 How to insert objects

  • Objects are inserted from: a buffer, from an internal or external page.
  • To paste from the buffer, click on the object in front of which you want to paste and click the "<-" button.
  • To add to the end of the buffer, click the "A" button.
  • To insert all objects from the external page of the constructed page. (including from the archive or my templates) or the internal page:
  • Paste the link to the page in the right place.
  • Click the link and click the “R” button.
  • Before the clicked link, all objects from the page the link to which you clicked are inserted.
  • 6.21 How to password protect a page

  • Each of the pages can view password.
  • To set (change) the password, click “PASSWORD”.
  • Enter the password and click “OK”, if there was no password, it will be created, if it was, it will change.
  • To remove the password, click “PASSWORD”, enter the * character and click “OK”.
  • When you open a page with a password, a field appears where you need to enter a password.
  • Without knowing the password, you will not see the torn page.
  • NOTE: the password is stored only in encrypted form, you cannot restore the password, you can only change it.
  • 6.22 How to create or modify objects in the format "position: absolute" ("pa objects")

  • "pa objects" are formed by the "PA constructor" and a text object (Constructor Object "RA").
  • Add the object "Designer object" RA "to the field from text templates."
  • Click the number of the added object.
  • Click the “PA” button, the PA constructor window opens.
  • To edit the “object object”, click the “Accept Object” button (black down arrow in a rectangle).
  • Create or edit an object.
  • To save the object, click the "Generate Object" button (black up arrow from the rectangle).
  • In the current version of CMS, this constructor only works with IE that supports VBS.
  • 6.23 Work with lists

    Each page can have many lists.
    Insert on page:
  • Click the Text button.
  • Click on one of the lists:
    1. Dynamic list with numbers;
    2. Dynamic list without numbers;
    3. A dynamic list with numbers without showing / hiding everything;
    4. A dynamic list without numbers, without revealing / hiding everything.
  • Click the red “OBJECT ... V” button to memorize the template.
  • If you want to add a template to the end, click the "OBJECT ... +" button.
  • If you want to insert a template between existing on the object page, click to select the object in front of which you want to insert the template and click the "OBJECT ...- >" button.
    Editing Lists:
  • Click the text in the list.
  • Click the List button. The following form will open.
  • To delete a line, click “Delete Line”.
  • To delete the list, click "Delete List".
  • Before inserting or adding to the "Enter text" field, enter the required text.
  • To insert a row, click Insert.
  • For lists, click Add Lists.
  • The table of comments in the designer is not shown, but is shown only on the site page and in the form of moderation of comments.
    NOTE: Deleting or pasting is performed on the relatively clicked text marked with ¶.
  • 6.24 Work with containers

  • Click the Text button.
  • Click on one of the containers:
    1. Text in the container
    2. Scrolling text (container)
    3. Hide / show text in container
  • Put the container in the right place.
  • Mark the objects that you will insert into the container.
  • Click the container number.
  • Click the K button.
