         Each of the inner pages can have many documents, external pages and database tables.
    To load a document in the form, Figure 14, fill in the fields "Data of the object... ":

    To display the list of documents in the form of a table in the designer on the internal page:

    5.2 Creating external pages of the internal page


    Each of the internal pages can have many documents, external pages and database tables.
    To create an external page, in the form of Figure 14:
  • Click “k” and click on the calendar to choose the date the page was created.
  • Enter the page number and title.
  • Click the Create button.
    To fill in the content and / or change the page, click the corresponding link with the name of the created page in the "Title" column.

  • 5.3 Change external pages of the internal page


       To change the page, in the form of Figure 14, click on the corresponding link with the name of the external page in the "Name" column. The form constructor of the external page will open, Figure 15-2.

    5.4 Delete documents and external pages


        To delete an external page or document, in the form of figure 14:
  • click the row to be deleted. It will be highlighted in yellow.
  • Click the X button.
    Warning! Removal is irrevocable. We strongly recommend that you regularly save the gidra folder.

  • 5.5 Change the name of documents and external pages


        To change the name of the external page or document, in the form of Figure 14:
  • click the line to be modified. it will be highlighted in yellow.
  • In the “Data of the created or modified object” fields of the execution Change and click the "Edit" button.
    Warning! Changing the name changes the links. In this version, only links to page documents are automatically adjusted and only in the link table.

  • 5.6 Creating and maintaining an archive


        To create an empty archive, in the form of Figure 14:
  • click the "Archive" button.
  • Each inner page can have an unlimited number of archives.
  • Moving objects from the page to the archive is performed from the constructor of the internal page by selecting the object and by clicking on the “Archive” button.
  • To copy an object from the archive, use the archive as templates in the constructor of the internal page Click the Archive button.
  • When the archive collects a sufficient number of objects, you must rename it by changing the date and / or number. After such a change, the archive becomes a regular external page.
  • After renaming the archive, create a new empty archive by clicking on the “Archive” button.
  • This sequence (renaming the archive and creating a new one) can be performed many times.
  • To view archives put links to archives on the page.
  • An archive is one of the external pages with a specific name.
  • 5.7 Create Template


        To create an empty template, in the form of Figure 14:
  • click the "Template" button.
  • Each inner page can have one template, which is filled with objects of the internal page, which become templates and can be used as such in the designer by clicking on the "My" button.
  • Copying an object into a template is carried out by selecting the object and clicking on the “To mine” button.
  • Template, this is one of the external pages with a specific name.
  • 5.8 Convert pages in the card files and back


        Any external page can be converted into a card file.
    Card file is a set of cards.
    All card files are on one page.
    The card is objects located from heading (subheading) to the next heading (subheading).

    To convert a page to a file cabinet:
  • highlight it with a click.

  • To reverse the conversion:

    5.9 Database Creation

    A database is a lot of tables.
    To create a database table:
  • If you want to create tables according to a previously saved template (by clicking on the "Save" button) check the "template" box.
  • Click one of the buttons: “St1” (table), “St2” (2 related tables), “St3” (3 related tables).
  • A data table will be created.
  • If the table contains a column of type link:
    1. Create a lot of external link pages, select the table row for this and click the “show” button.

  • To open the database tables, click the link in the "Name".

    5.10 Creating pages and tables by copying

    To create by copy method:

  • 5.12 Creating pages based on a template

    To create a page:

  • 5.14 Global value tables

    Global value tables are intended for entering data into any table, except for lists of substitution fields.

    Entering only from the value table
    The above input procedure allows input not only from the table of values. To enter only 2 values from the table of values (usually this is a code and a value) in the input column, the header must end with the = character.
