The left column contains the tree-like menu of the site in the form in which this tree will be appear on the main page of the site. The tree serves to show the structure. This tree is completely determined by the contents of the second columns of the "Structure file" form. The central column is the file editing field. The contents of this column can be edited by the administrator, and thus the administrator can change the structure of the site. The “Guide” column contains a brief description of the procedure for working with the form. The column "Messages" is used to display messages during the formation of the structure. The “Save” button is used to save changes made to the file. Link Accept changed site structure based on the contents of the structure file creates and / or deletes files, which, being an information base, reflect the structure of the site.
Description of structure file lines

A page string outside a group or subgroup
If the line in the edit field starts with text, then it defines the page outside the group or subgroup.
Such a line should not be inside a group or subgroup.

Page with tooltip - [page name] / [Tooltip text] (appears when placing the cursor on the page title text in the menu) Page temporarily excluded from the structure (not shown in the menu) - [page name] / * [Tooltip text or page name]. Group String
A group line has the following format: & gt; [group name] / [tooltip text].
A group must begin with a group line and end with a group line, or a page line outside a group or subgroup, or the end of a file.
Page line within the group.
If the line in the edit field starts with ^^^^ and is located behind the group line, it defines the page in the group.

Subgroup String
A subgroup line has the following format: ^ & gt; [group name] / [Tooltip text].
A subgroup must begin with a subgroup line and end with a line for the next subgroup, or a page line outside a group or subgroup, or a group line, or the end of the file.

The comment line is each line beginning with the character *
End of file
The end-of-file line is a string of *** characters. This line should be the last in the structure file.
Changing the structure comes down to changing the structure file.To delete a page, select the page line and delete it. Adding an internal page. Choose a place to insert a page: To place a page outside a group or subgroup, select a place at the beginning or at the end of groups or subgroups. In the appropriate place in the structure file, insert an empty line and enter the line in the appropriate format. Adding a page to a group or subgroup Choose a place to insert, for this, find the group or subgroup in the file and after the line of the group or subgroup insert an empty line before, after or inside the lines of the pages of the group or subgroup. In a blank line enter the page’s page in the appropriate format. Deleting a group or subgroup. To delete a group or subgroup, select all the lines related to the group or subgroup and press “Delete”. Change the page sequence of groups and subgroups. To change the sequence, move the lines of pages and / or groups and / or subgroups to the desired location and arrange them in the desired sequence in the structure file. To change the name of a group, group, page in the corresponding line, change the name as follows: [new name] = [old name].
Warning! Name duplication is not allowed: group subgroup page, subgroup page, and pages outside the group or subgroup.
You cannot use a space in the names, replace the space with an underscore.
Attention! If you simply rename a group, subgroup, page, this will permanently delete the group, subgroup, page with old names and create a group, subgroup, page with new names.After all changes to the structure file, click "save" and "Accept the changed site structure".
Print structure file
To print the structure file, click the “P” button.

General view of the form corresponds to the form of the main page.
All fields that allow data entry have a lilac background. In the middle of the form, on the place of the internal pages of the main form, there is an editing field with a short description and controls. To enter or edit, double-click the corresponding field. The contents of the field will be displayed in the general editing field. Edit and click the "save" button. All elements except the main page header and the "all" links in the horizontal menu bar can be removed from the main page. |

The new user is created by the Administrator procedure “Subjects” Fig. 8.
After creating a new user, in administrator mode, in the form of Fig. 3, click the name of the new user in the “Name” column.
The form for changing the password and access rights will open, Fig. 7. In the “Access” column, mark the pages that should be accessible to the new user. In the Password field, enter the password for the new user or change the password of the previously created user. Click the Accept button.
