    Description of form fields:

  • The left column contains the tree-like menu of the site in the form in which this tree will be appear on the main page of the site. The tree serves to show the structure. This tree is completely determined by the contents of the second columns of the "Structure file" form.
  • The central column is the file editing field. The contents of this column can be edited by the administrator, and thus the administrator can change the structure of the site.
  • The “Guide” column contains a brief description of the procedure for working with the form.
  • The column "Messages" is used to display messages during the formation of the structure.
  • The “Save” button is used to save changes made to the file.
  • Link Accept changed site structure based on the contents of the structure file creates and / or deletes files, which, being an information base, reflect the structure of the site.

  • Description of structure file lines
    Each of the lines of the structure file can:
  • Define a page
  • Define a group of pages
  • Define a subgroup of pages
  • Define a comment
  • determine the end of the file.
    The structure may contain pages and / or groups and / or subgroups.
    Each group may contain pages and / or subgroups.
    Each subgroup may contain pages.
    A page string outside a group or subgroup
    If the line in the edit field starts with text, then it defines the page outside the group or subgroup.
    Such a line should not be inside a group or subgroup.
    Such a term may take the following format:
  • Just a page - [page name].
  • Page with tooltip - [page name] / [Tooltip text] (appears when placing the cursor on the page title text in the menu)
  • Page temporarily excluded from the structure (not shown in the menu) - [page name] / * [Tooltip text or page name].
  • Page with the changed name - [new name] = [old name] / ...
    Group String
    A group line has the following format: & gt; [group name] / [tooltip text].
    A group must begin with a group line and end with a group line, or a page line outside a group or subgroup, or the end of a file.
    Page line within the group.
    If the line in the edit field starts with ^^^^ and is located behind the group line, it defines the page in the group.
    This period may take the following format:
  • Just a page - ^^^^ [page name].
  • Page with tooltip - ^^^^ [page name] / [Tooltip text] (appears when placing the cursor on the page name text in the menu).
  • Page temporarily excluded from the structure (not shown in the menu) - [page name] / * [Help text or page name].
  • Page with the changed name - ^^^^ [new name] = [old name] / ...
    To place the group in the horizontal menu bar after or instead of the pop-up prompt, enter the symbol /. For example:
    > group_1 = group / modified group // - a group with the name group gets the name group_1 and is placed in a horizontal ruler on the main page of the site.
    Subgroup String
    A subgroup line has the following format: ^ & gt; [group name] / [Tooltip text].
    A subgroup must begin with a subgroup line and end with a line for the next subgroup, or a page line outside a group or subgroup, or a group line, or the end of the file.
    If the line in the edit field starts with ^^^^ and is located behind the line of the subgroup, then it defines the page in the subgroup.
    Such a line can have the following format:
  • Just a page - ^^^^ [page name].
  • Page with tooltip - ^^^^ [page name] / [Tooltip text] (appears when placing the cursor on the page name text in the menu).
  • Page temporarily excluded from the structure (not shown in the menu) - ^^^^ [page name] / * [Tooltip text or page name].
  • Page with the changed name - ^^^^ [new name] = [old name] / ...
    Comment
    The comment line is each line beginning with the character *
    End of file
    The end-of-file line is a string of *** characters. This line should be the last in the structure file.

  • Changing the structure comes down to changing the structure file.
  • To delete a page, select the page line and delete it.
  • Adding an internal page. Choose a place to insert a page: To place a page outside a group or subgroup, select a place at the beginning or at the end of groups or subgroups. In the appropriate place in the structure file, insert an empty line and enter the line in the appropriate format.
  • Adding a page to a group or subgroup Choose a place to insert, for this, find the group or subgroup in the file and after the line of the group or subgroup insert an empty line before, after or inside the lines of the pages of the group or subgroup. In a blank line enter the page’s page in the appropriate format.
  • Deleting a group or subgroup. To delete a group or subgroup, select all the lines related to the group or subgroup and press “Delete”.
  • Change the page sequence of groups and subgroups. To change the sequence, move the lines of pages and / or groups and / or subgroups to the desired location and arrange them in the desired sequence in the structure file.
  • To change the name of a group, group, page in the corresponding line, change the name as follows: [new name] = [old name].
    Warning! Name duplication is not allowed: group subgroup page, subgroup page, and pages outside the group or subgroup.
    You cannot use a space in the names, replace the space with an underscore.
    Attention! If you simply rename a group, subgroup, page, this will permanently delete the group, subgroup, page with old names and create a group, subgroup, page with new names.
  • After all changes to the structure file, click "save" and "Accept the changed site structure".

  • Print structure file
    To print the structure file, click the “P” button.

    4.2 Admin Procedure - «Main page»

      The main page consists of the following elements:
    • Header is a required element.
    • Horizontal menu - the required element always contains the “ALL” menu item (the site structure in expanded form as links), the remaining menu items represent the contents of page groups. The inclusion of these groups in the menu is carried out by the site administrator from the "Structure" form, Figure 4.
    • Links - a required element always contains the following links:
      1. Help
      2. Login - login to the site administration system.
      3. Search - opens a text search form on a site.
    • The left column heading and the left column itself are optional elements. The left column is a menu of site links to the internal pages of the site in the form of a tree. The content of the tree is generated by the site administrator using the "Structure" form, Figure 4.
    • The central part is a required element, this is the placement of the internal pages of the site. Internal pages are created by the administrator using the "Structure" form and are accompanied by subjects. In the header of the central part there are buttons:
      1. 'P' - in a separate window for printing a page
      2. '+' - cancel the display of only the page
      3. '-' - show page only
      4. 'up arrow' - go to the top of the page
  • Right column is an optional element. Enabled and excluded by the administrator. It consists of a heading and 3 sections with headings. Each of the sections can be included or excluded by the administrator. The content of the headings and sections is changed by the administrator using the form, Figure 5-2.
  • Footer is an optional element. Enabled and excluded by the administrator. Consists of 3 sections. Each of the sections can be included or excluded by the administrator. The content of the sections is changed by the administrator using the form, Figure 5-2. The Full Set of the home page is shown in Figure 5-1. The minimum configuration includes the following elements: "Hat" + Ruler of the horizontal menu with the item "ALL" + Internal page.
    To include and / or exclude elements of the main page and / or fill them with data, use the form, Figure 5-2.
    The group of internal pages is opened in the horizontal menu by clicking on the corresponding item. After clicking, the corresponding group opens in the form of an expanded group tree.
    To open a page, click in the tree the corresponding link to close the group, click anywhere on the screen except the tree links.

  • 4.4 How to change the composition and content of the main page

    General view of the form corresponds to the form of the main page. All fields that allow data entry have a lilac background.
    In the middle of the form, on the place of the internal pages of the main form, there is an editing field with a short description and controls.
    To enter or edit, double-click the corresponding field. The contents of the field will be displayed in the general editing field.
    Edit and click the "save" button.
    All elements except the main page header and the "all" links in the horizontal menu bar can be removed from the main page.
      Inclusion / exclusion of elements of the main page
    • To include an item in the main page, check the box next to item and click the save button.
    • To exclude an item from the main page, uncheck the corresponding item and click the save button.
      Change the content of the elements of the main page
    • To change the contents of sections and / or their headings, double-click on the corresponding field.
    • In the general editing field, change the text and / or tags and click the save button.
      Change the stylesheet
    • The style sheet determines the appearance of individual tags and acts on all pages of the site.
      To edit it, double-click the style sheet field and the general edit field
      Make the necessary changes and click the save button.
      I recommend this procedure for an experienced user who is familiar with style sheets.
      Editing section content
    • To edit the contents of sections of the main form, click the appropriate Edit
      The editor form will open.

    Change the text of the substrate and the elements of the main page

    To change an element, click the corresponding “Bgr” button, the following window will open:

    4.6 Admin Procedure - «Set start page and/or change administrator password»

    When you enter the password for the user (the subject of the site maintenance), a form opens, Figure 25, with access (display ) only those pages to which the administrator has allowed access for this user.


    • To change the password, enter a new password in the Password field.
    • To change the start page, uncheck the “Access” column and set the checkbox in the desired line.
    • To accept the changed password and / or new start page, click the “Accept” button.
    • If several start pages are marked in the “Access” column, the first page marked is accepted.
      Sort objects.
    1. The list of objects can be sorted by any column.
    2. To sort in ascending order, check the “Ascending” box.
    3. To sort in descending order, clear the “Ascending” checkbox.
    4. Click the header, in 1 row, the column by which you want to sort.
    5. To cancel sorting, click the selected column in the header (second click).
      Navigation in objects.
    1. To go to the end of the table, click the down arrow button.
    2. To go to the beginning of the table, click the up arrow button.
      Selection in objects.
    1. Click the header, in line 2, the column by which you want to select.
    2. In the "filter" field, enter a list of selection contexts.
    3. A list of contexts, these are contexts separated by a "/" character.
    4. Rows are selected by matching contexts from the list with any part of the text of the selected column.
    5. Rows are selected for the number in order, according to the complete coincidence of the values of the number and the list of values.
    6. To select, click “select”.
    7. To cancel the selection, click cancel.
      Printing Objects.
    1. To print the table, click the P button.
    2. Printing is subject to selection and sorting.
      You can select the internal table for editing or downloading documents from the site
    1. Open the site by clicking on the "Open" button.
    2. In the website that opens, go to the page that you will edit
    3. Click List of Internal Pages.
    4. To edit, click “Edit” to load “Load”.

    4.7 Admin Procedure - «Subjects»

    1. 1 line - title, in the format:
      Short / Name / Password / Pages
      ,
    2. 2 line - admin line!
      Do not delete these lines !!!
    3. To enter a new subject, insert an empty line anywhere from 2 lines.
    4. In the inserted line, enter the text:
      [short name of the subject] / [full name of the subject] //
    5. To change "Briefly" or "Name" in the desired line, edit.
    6. Columns: "Password", "Pages" are not edited and are filled automatically when creating access rights.
    7. Change or delete the necessary lines
    8. To sort the lines: copy them to any program (for example Excel), sort them, and paste them into the field through the system buffer.
    9. To accept the changes, click “Save."
    10. You can maintain the directory using any current editor.

    4.12 Admin Procedure - Files or Files Designer Reference

    4.13 Create a new user and grant him access rights or change the password


    The new user is created by the Administrator procedure “Subjects” Fig. 8.
    After creating a new user, in administrator mode, in the form of Fig. 3, click the name of the new user in the “Name” column.
    The form for changing the password and access rights will open, Fig. 7. In the “Access” column, mark the pages that should be accessible to the new user. In the Password field, enter the password for the new user or change the password of the previously created user. Click the Accept button.

    4.14 Admin Procedure - «Text variables»

    Text variables are used to insert many pages of the same text into the text, for example, the name of the organization. When changing the name of the organization, change the value of the text variable.
    To enter a new variable:
    1. click the "name" field, enter a name;
    2. click the value field, enter a value;
    3. click the "Save" button.
    To enter changes to a variable:
    1. click the line;
    2. click the "name" field, change the name;
    3. click the value field, change the value;
    4. click the "Save" button.
    To delete a variable:
    1. click the line;
    2. click the "Delete" button.
    To clean edit fields:
    1. click the "Cleaning" button.
      Sort in a list.
    1. The list can be sorted by any column.
